With the steady progress of urbanization in China,inter-city railway plays an important role in promoting regional economic development.The following problems are also gradually revealed.On the intercity railway lines that have been operated,some trains have low occupancy,while some train trips are often difficult to obtain,which reflects that there are still large problems in the transportation organization of the inter-city railway in China.It seriously affects the economic benefit of railway department and restricts the development of intercity railway in our country.The train operation plan is made according to passenger flow,and passenger flow will produce seasonal fluctuation with time change.The dynamic fluctuation of passenger flow should be fully taken into account when the train operation plan is formulated.When the operation plan is unable to match with the passenger flow demand,it should be adjusted in time,so as to maximize the transport efficiency of the railway department.In this paper,the dynamic programming and optimization methods of inter-city train operation scheme are studied.Based on the research of scholars in China and abroad,this paper first analyzes the influencing factors of inter-city railway train operation scheme and the principles of its compilation.This paper analyzes the dynamic demand of passenger flow on inter-city railway from several angles,and adapts to the fluctuation of passenger demand through the dynamic compilation of train operation plan.On this basis,a dynamic programming strategy of inter-city railway train operation scheme based on historical passenger flow data and real-time passenger flow data is proposed.The K-means clustering algorithm is used to divide the passenger flow period of the inter-city railway,and the real-time passenger flow monitoring is carried out when the passenger flow period changes,and the difference coefficient is introduced to calculate the deviation between the inter-city railway train running scheme and the passenger flow demand.Check the matching between train running plan and passenger flow demand.In view of the mismatch between the inter-city railway train operation plan and the passenger flow demand,it is necessary to optimize the train operation plan.In this paper,a multi-objective programming model with minimumpassenger travel expenditure and maximum economic benefit of railway transportation department is established.According to the characteristics of the model,simulated annealing algorithm is designed to solve the optimization model of inter-city railway train operation scheme.Taking Wuxian Intercity Railway as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes the present transportation situation of Wuxian Intercity Railway,and makes a dynamic compilation strategy through the inter-city railway train operation scheme.Based on the passenger ticket data of Wuxian Intercity Railway,the matching performance of the current train operation scheme is tested,and the validity of the model algorithm is verified by the optimization model of the train operation scheme designed in this paper.
