ABSTRACT:Intercity passenger dedicated line is an important infrastructure for urban sustainable development, the construction and operation is a system engineering which is very comprehensive. Making a reasonable intercity dedicated line operating scheme will help improve the quality of passenger transportation, and improve the competitiveness of intercity passenger dedicated line. This paper analyzes the research status of the passenger dedicated line at home and abroad. Currently researches are more around the optimization of operating scheme, researches about the influence between operating scheme and actual passenger flow volume is insufficient. In order to reflect the interaction between passenger flow assignment and operating scheme, passenger flow is divided into high speed, medium speed and low speed. The operating category is high speed select-stop, medium speed select-stop, low speed all-stop. And analyzes the plan process of intercity train operating scheme considering dynamic transformation between passenger flow of different kinds.According to the characteristics and the actual situation of intercity train operating scheme, the paper analyzes the influencing factors and the proposing principles. The paper analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of passenger flow, and forecasts the passenger flow based on tend, transfer and inducing passenger flow. The paper proposes the passenger flow dynamic assignment idea.This paper establishes a passenger flow dynamic assignment model to reflect the transformation process between each type of passenger flow based on the change of operating scheme, and build a model based on multi-type train plan operating scheme. The model considers the maximum of rail department revenue, the minimum of passenger total expenditure, and maximum to meet the demand of passenger. The paper uses genetic algorithm to solve the multi-objective programming model.The paper uses the Chang-Jiu intercity passenger line as an example, analyzes the transportation status of Chang-Jiu segment, solves the Chang-Jiu intercity train operating scheme model, and calculates the operating scheme and the related passenger flow matrix, and then verifies the validity of the model and solving algorithm.
