Railway industrial siding is an important part of China's railway network.It has completed a large number of transport production tasks,and has played a major role in the development of the national economy and the improvement of people's living standards.However,the safety management level of railway industrial siding is not high,and the technical equipment is backward.The frequency of safety transportation accidents on railway industrial siding is relatively high.Therefore,it is of great significance and theoretical value to study railway industrial siding safety assessment systems.This paper first analyzes the production characteristics of the railway industrial siding,and then analyzes the risk factors of the railway industrial siding from the aspects of dispatch,locomotive operation,line maintenance,electrical maintenance and vehicle maintenance.There are mainly risk factors such as vehicle injuries,object strikes,crashes,and electric shocks.Combining with the production characteristics of railway industrial siding,this paper intends to use safety check list method,analytic hierarchy process,LEC method,crossing hazard analysis method to evaluate the safety of railway industrial siding.Based on the collected data through on-site investigation and literature review to the railway industrial siding,The structural analysis method is used to analyze the feasibility,demand,business process and data flow of the railway industrial siding safety evaluation system.The railway industrial siding safety evaluation system should have four basic functional modules: data management module and hazard source.Management module,security evaluation module,system management module.Then,the four functional modules of the safety evaluation system are designed in detail.The data management module includes the historical data sub-module,the legal regulation data sub-module and the basic data sub-module;the hazard source management module includes the oil depot sub-module,the level crossing sub-module,the.continuously weld rail track maintenance sub-module and the non-sunroof repair sub-module;the safety evaluation module divides the evaluation sub-module according to the post operation content and each sub-module corresponds to a corresponding safety evaluation method.Finally,with the help of conceptual structure design,the data involved in the safety evaluation of railway industrial siding is abstracted into information structure,the logic design of the database table is completed,and the function of railway industrial siding safety evaluation system is realized by coding.Finally,the information level of safety evaluation system for railway industrial siding has been improved.
