CRTS ? slab track system has been used as a new type of ballastless track system which has been successfully developed in China and has been successfully used in the southwest of China.It has great effect in the development of high speed railway in China.Self-compacting concrete as the type of track plate under the filling layer,and its connection with the upper track plate will directly affect the performance of the entire track board system and life.CRTS ? slab track self-compacting concrete layer in the line during the operation process,continued by the external environment of high temperature sun and rain erosion,while the locomotive vehicle dynamic load,will inevitably produce a variety of diseases.Among them,the problem of interlayer slit,especially the self-compacting concrete and the supporting layer,is more prominent,resulting in the decrease of the interlaminar cohesive force,the sharp decrease of the confinement,the further development of the seepage,of the consequences;and the corresponding structure of the impact of force analysis has not yet clear,the equipment management unit is also the lack of the type of disease repair standards.The main research and analysis of the CRTS ? slab track in the operation,from the seam between the injury after the repair problem,mainly including the following and conclusions:(1)Through field investigation,it is concluded that the main diseases and injuries of CRTS ? slab track are concentrated in the self-compacting concrete layer and the upper track plate and the base supporting layer,The failure of the prestressed steel bar of the track plate and so on.The reasons for the formation of the interlayer slit are analyzed from the aspects of self-compacting concrete material composition,construction technology and external environmental impact.After field tests,the cause of the CRTS ? slab track is the result of the above-mentioned various unfavorable factors.(2)Through the finite element analysis software,the simplified model of CRTS ? track plate is established,and the interface between self-compacting concrete interlayer is simulated.Under the premise of considering the load factor of the upper train,the specific area of self-In contrast to the use of different material properties of the grouting repair material on the seepage slurry after repair,the impact of structural stress comparison test.The simulation results show that the structural strength of the grouting repair material is linearly related to the strength of the material,and the strength of the grouting material is gradually increased.Under the same load,the deformation caused by the self-compacting concrete layer will decrease in stability.(3)Based on the theoretical analysis of the paper,the above theoretical results are demonstrated by the evaluation of the field grouting repair experiment,and constructive suggestions are put forward.
