With the development of industrial automation technology and robotics technology,the phenomenon of ‘machine substitution' emerges constantly,and the level of industrial automation is continuously improving.Under this kind of development environment and background,technology-intensive industries will certainly replace labor-intensive industries and capital-intensive industries.As a microcosm of labor-intensive industries,there is a lot of manual participation in the current motor stator insulation paper inserting process,and the efficiency is low,which can not meet the company's production requirements.In order to reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve the working environment,avoid production accidents of workers,and increase production efficiency and product quality at the same time,an automation device is designed using modern automation technology and robot technology to complete the automatic handling of the motor stator,insert paper,and complete the detection of the situation.work.In response to this demand,a motor stator automatic insertion line was developed.Based on the analysis of the existing stator insulation paper insertion process,the programmable controller PLC is used as the main controller,combined with the touch screen technology and robot technology to design a highly automated control system.Combine the mechanical structure of the production line,analyze and count the relevant input and output signals,set up the control system framework,use the Siemens STEP 7 Micro/WIN and Yamaha VIP+ to write the PLC Ladder Logic Programming(LAD)control program and robot control program,use the Weilun EasyBuilder Pro to design the man-machine interface,and last realize the transportation,insertion and inspection of the motor stator.Finally,the installation and commissioning of the motor stator automatic insertion line were completed.In the preparation of the control program for industrial robots,consider the actual working environment,design and plan the corresponding movement path,and select the appropriate trajectory planning algorithm.The D-H modeling method was used to establish the mathematical model of the industrial robot.Using robotics toolbox toolbox of MATLAB software to perform kinematics simulation of the robot,analyze and verify the feasibility and rationality of path planning.The motor stator automatic insertion production line developed in this paper uses PLC,industrial robots,servo motors,cylinders and other modern electrical components to realize the automatic handling,insertion of paper,and detection of completion of the motor stator with PLC as the main control element.Prototype practice proves that the motor stator automatic insertion production line runs stably with high production efficiency.This paper has completed the integrated application of the electrical integration technology of the machine,realized the modeling and simulation of robot kinematics,and made a meaningful exploration on the research and application of these disciplines.
