According to the requirements of the development of domestic bottle type packaging requirements and mineral water companies expand production capacity,an enterprise in packing production demonstration line as an example,to carry out the research of bottles packing packing production system based on robot,mechanical structure of the production line of the main equipment design,simulation and optimization of the overall performance of the packing production line.The packing robot analyzes configuration and kinematics of the building control system and experiment debugging.The main works are summarized as follows:Analysis of bottle packing production line robot overall functional requirements,refine the demand model,and on the basis of the device and the main production equipment in the system scheme,analysis and design of overall technology roadmap.According to the material conveying production line production line division,general layout planning,modular design method,device structure and component design on virtual prototype.The priority process design of container production system,the establishment of production system simulation model using Plant simulation software Simulation,the bottleneck problem of research in the production line,production optimization line performance,improve the utilization rate of equipment,the simulation results verify the scheme.According to the demand and common packing station robot,packing robot configuration selection,analysis of the overall structure of the packing,robot design and kinematics parameters are preliminary inverse solution calculation,and draw the operation space.The robot in the motor and the speed reducer and other standard parts are calculated,using Solid Works complete packing robot mechanical structure design,analysis and design of the end effector function of the starting point.The packing robot design based on PC+ motion control card control system,selection and design of the main hardware design and programming of the Lab VIEW programming software.The control system of production line design,all the equipment in the production line of packing robot action plan based on the requirements of the packing production line process,combined with the distribution of PLC hardware the I/O port of the electrical system design in the production line and program ladder diagram,finally complete the test of packing production line in the part of the experiment.
