With the implementing of China's 2025 industrial plan gradually,domestic manufacture which only depends on the cheap labor or extensive growth,will be confronted with industrial transformation and upgrading.Multi-varieties and small-batch products have already become a wider trend.Brushless motor,which is a kind of sophisticated product,already been utilized widely in the different areas,including the computer peripherals area,the consumer electronics area,the medical apparatus area,the auto industry area and the sophisticated electronics area etc.Therefore,numerous manufactures which are producing electrical motors have been financed a mass of funds to research and develop the technology of brushless motor.The majority of traditional factories of brushless motor,which possess insufficient automated production line,expect the advanced technology of brushless motor eagerly,to avoid the intensity of labor and the rugged circumstance of working.Therefore,the research of control system of brushless motor will have a significant sense in the future.The aim of this dissertation is mainly to analyze and research a kind of control system of stator production line,which will be embedded in the automated production line of brushless motor,where will be utilized in the X company.The purpose of this control system,regarding PLC as the main controller,combines the various special automated devices or equipments together,to transfer the products automatically and systematically.The contents of research are as follow below:Firstly,the overall planning of brushless motor stator production line should be designed and analyzed.Depending on the current issue of stator production line,one kind of new theory of the production process of the stator motor is created by writer in this research report,which is calculated and simulated from four industrial robotic arms to transfer the motor parts between four different workbenches during the operation of the manufacturing.Through analyzing and researching the balance of production line,the rate of balance of production line is 91.04%.The cycle time of the operation which calculated by the industrial robot is less than 57 seconds,achieving the expected goal.Secondly,in order to verify the rationality of layout,as well as to analyze or optimize the cycle time of manufacturing,the collision,the interference,the motion planning of industrial robot etc,this research project is required to establish the 3-D model of production line using SolidWorks software.In addition,the circumstance of simulation is also demanded to analyze and research the effective and efficiency of the production line by utilizing the DELMIA software.According to the conclusion,the cycle time of the operations which calculated by the industrial robots are 40.1s,51.9s,55.2s,52.3s,which satisfy the requirement of the production.Finally,,the structure of the control system network is mainly consisted of master-slave bus topology,S7-1200 as master station and Funac Robot as slave station.In order to establish the intelligent control system explicitly,the main module of programming system should be divided into various functional sub-modules,including automatic module,manual module,robotic module etc.Otherwise,for the sake of real time monitoring and remote operation,the utilization of human-machine interface is significant and crucial.The operation of hardware configuration of TIA portal software is indispensable and imperative.It would assist the engineer to reduce the debugging time,eliminate the unreasonable malfunction as well as increase the efficiency etc.The conclusion of this dissertation indicates that the quality and quantity of motor which produced from the automated production line of brushless motor stator is able to achieve the task of production.Besides,the effective and efficiency of automatic production line would be increase dramatically,which would obtain a great practical significance in the future.
