Ballast cleaning machine is the main equipment for cleaning the ballast bed,With the improvement of the railway's operating speed and the expansion of the railway network,large-scale Ballast cleaning machine need to be optimized and upgraded to improve operating efficiency.QS-650 ballast cleaning machine is the main product of China's railway large-scale ballast cleaning machine,and China Railway Corporation has incorporated the optimization and upgrading of this type of machine into the plan.At present,CRCC High-tech Equipment Corporation Limited is undertaking the optimization and upgrading of this type of equipment.The digging chain is an important working part of the ballast cleaning machine,and when jammed-chain condition occurs,Whether the chain will be destroyed under impact load is a major concern.The traditional CAD design methods often use the load factor or working condition coefficient to correct the nominal load to qualitatively analyze the impact force,which has certain blindness.In order to quantify the impact load more reasonably,it is necessary to study the dynamic characteristics of the excavating chain drive system.This paper takes the QS-650 ballast cleaning machine's excavating device as the research object,analyze and study the dynamic characteristics of the chain drive system when the excavation width is 4530mm,the digging chain line speed is 3.2m/s,the locomotive running speed is 0.1m/s,and the general track bed is excavated.Run resistance calculations.According to the relevant literature,the resistance of excavation is calculated in detail,and statistics are made on the operating resistance of the excavation chain in each section of the lifting section,horizontal section and descending section.Dynamic modeling and simulation.the chain transmission system is discretized by finite element method,and a dynamic model of the chain system based on Kelvin-vogit viscoelastic model is established.Based on the dynamic model,the Matlab dynamics simulation model of the digging chain drive system of the QS-650 ballast cleaning machine was established,and the dynamic characteristics of the chain transmission system under jammed-chain condition were studied,and the speed and tension of the chain are obtained.Virtual Prototyping and Dynamic Simulation.Based on the dynamics simulation software ADAMS,the virtual prototype dynamics simulation model of the QS-650 ballast cleaning machine 's digging chain drive system was established,and an active exploration was made for the establishment of the virtual prototype dynamics simulation model for the excavating chain drive system of the cleaning machine,and the dynamic characteristics of the chain drive system under jammed-chain condition were mainly studied.The simulation results can be compared with Matlab simulation results.Finite element static analysis.Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,and based on the series of maximum tension values obtained by dynamic simulation under the jammed-chain condition,the static analysis of the digging chain is conducted to study the stress state of the chain link under the impact load.At present,there is no published data on the dynamics of the digging chain drive system at home and abroad.The research in this paper has a certain degree of pioneering,and The research results can provide a certain theoretical basis for the optimization and upgrading of the excavating device of the QS-650 ballast cleaning machine.
