Precise Transmission Chain Dynamic Accuracy Of Detection And Analysis System Developed

Along with the development of modern science and technology, the application of rigid transmission chain is more and more widespread, and its requests on transmission precision are higher and higher. So, it needs a new type of dynamic testing system to measuring and analyzing the transmission precision. The topic is needs to research this kind of system. This system mainly does the hardware design and the software development, used the raster testing method which was one kind of dynamic measurement and combined with the virtual instrument technology.In the aspect of the hardware design, the system used to picking out the rightly required type of hardware firstly by the virtual instrument technology, including photoelectric encoder, external hardware equipment of virtual instrument (such as PCI Data Acquisition Card, extending board and connection cable), electromotor and magnetic particle brake. Then, we can design the framework of this system following the example of harmonic gear drive, which is a normal rigid transmission chain.In the aspect of the software development, modularization idea is adopted to write the software. The system could be detailedly divided to six modules: master module, data acquisition module, data memory module, data reading module, data processing module and data display module. Wavelete analysis theory, which is based on Matlab, is used to data processing and analyzing; Visual Basic is used to interface design and writing program.Finally, this system could be applied to do testing and analyzing experiment on dynamic precision, with the test object of the harmonic gear drive.
