A large amount of dust will be produced in the drilling and blasting tunnel.The dust collector technology,as one of the comprehensive prevention and control methods of the tunnel dust,has good benefit and is being promoted in the tunnel construction at home and abroad.As the working part of the tunnel dust-moving vehicle,the flow field distribution of the cartridge dust collector will directly affect the treatment efficiency of the tunnel dust.This paper,combined with the classic drilling and blasting tunnel,take cartridge dust collector as the as the research object and study internal structure of dust collector based on the uniformity of the air distribution.The main contents are as follows:1.According to the mechanism of dust production and the requirements of ventilation and dust removal,the overall design of the tunnel dust collector is designed in Hongtiguan tunnel.The main performance parameters of the filter dust collector,such as the air volume,the filtration wind speed,the filter area and so on,are calculated,and lectotype and arrangement of equipment are discussed.2.The filter mechanism is studied.Based on the classical filtering theory,the fiber filter model is established.The single factor influence of dust diameter,filtration speed and fiber diameter on the filtration efficiency is analyzed.The method and theory of fluid analysis and optimization design are introduced to lay the foundation for the follow-up work.3.The dust collector model of the sequential and stagger order of filter tube is established respectively.Using Fluent to simulate The velocity distribution,pressure distribution and flow distribution of the air flow in the different arrangement of the filter tube,then the higher homogeneity wil be selected.4.In order to further improve the airflow uniformity of collector,the structural parameters of the deflector and outlet are optimized with the uniform design method.Regression analysis is applied to deal with the results of uniform test,so the structural optimization problem is transformed to a constrained minimum value problem by the regression equation.5.The flow field distribution of the collector is simulated under different working conditions to explore its best condition under 50%,75% and 100% air volume.
