Study On Bond Behavior Between Rape Straw Ash Concrete And Steel Bar

The research is based on the center pull-out test for the bonding performance of the steel reinforcement and rape straw ash concrete research The relationship between rape straw ash content and the strength of concrete is obtained through strength test taking the rape straw ash content as the variable;Then the center pull-out test results by changing the four variables-rape straw ash content,rape straw ash concrete strength,reinforcement type and diameter-of reinforced with rape straw ash concrete showing as follows:(1)Under the same strength grade of concrete(water-binder ratio),the concrete compressive strength and splitting tensile strength increased with the increase of rapeseed straw ash content decreased.Compared with ordinary concrete,when the water-cement ratio is 0.58,the dosage of 5%,the compressive and splitting tensile strength of rapeseed straw ash concrete decreases by 1% and 4%,respectively,and the appropriate amount of rapeseed straw ash can be mixed into concrete.(2)The bond strength of reinforced with rape straw ash concrete as the splitting tensile strength of concrete to enhance and strengthen,the relationship between a linear variation law.Under the same water/cement ratio,the dosage of 5% under the bonding performance of rape straw ash and deformed steel not less than ordinary concrete,12 mm in diameter in deformed steel bond stress and slip curve decline period,rape straw ash concrete curve down a smoother,reinforcement are less likely to be pulled out,bonding performance better.With the increase of rapeseed straw ash content,reinforced the more easy to pull out,bond properties are weaker than ordinary concrete.(3)Water/cement ratio,reinforcement type and steel bar diameter on the properties of rapeseed straw ash concrete bonding effect similar to ordinary concrete bonding performance rule.(5)Drawing test results based on the center,set up the rape straw ash concrete experience formula and the ultimate bond strengths of 12 mm diameter deformation reinforcement and rape straw ash concrete bonding-slip constitutive relation,the bond slip constitutive curve fitting and the bond-slip curve closer to.
