The development of industry and the progress of science and technology are mutually reinforcing.Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)has been widely used in various fields of social production and life because of its high power factor,high efficiency,simple structure and suitable price and so on.With the continuous development of industry,the control performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor accuracy requirements are also increasing,but PMSM is a complex system which is nonlinear,parameters-unstable and strong coupling,as a linear controller,the traditional PID controller can meet the basic control of the PMSM,but it is hard to meet the demand of high precision and high performance control in some areas.Based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional PID controller,the famous scholar Professor Han Jingqing who combined the modern control theory with the traditional PID controller proposed ADRC technology(Active Disturbance Rejection Control,ADRC),which not only retains the advantages of traditional PID controller,but also effectively solves its disadvantages.After years of research and application by many scholars,it is proved that ADRC can effectively improve the performance of the PMSM servo system as a new nonlinear controller.Based on the analysis of the PMSM vector control technology and the basic principle of ADRC,this paper applies the ADRC technology to the motor current loop feedback system through the further analysis of the mathematical model of PMSM,and the effectiveness of method is verified by the simulation model building in MATLAB/Simulink.The permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system based on ADRC has better control performance,but as the permanent magnet synchronous motor is a complex,strong coupling,easy changing with the environment and the run time system,it has some bad influences in high performance of PMSM.Through in-depth analysis,it is not difficult to find that the d and q axis voltage u_d and u_q in rotating coordinate system are not only the input of the PMSM controlled system,but also an input of double current loop ADRC.So the accuracy of u_d and u_q directly decides the control performance of the controlled system.Based on this,a strategy of optimizing d,q axis voltage u_d and u_q in rotating coordinate system is proposed in this paper.A optimization strategy simulation model of control system is built,and the simulation results are compared and analyzed with the control system without optimization.The simulation results show that the optimized control performance of the PMSM servo system based on the ADRC technology has been greatly improved.
