Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM) speed control system has been widely applied to all aspects of national production. And put forward the increasingly stringent requirements on the technical indicators of the speed control system. So the new control theory is used to improve the performance of the system has an important academic significance and considerable economic value. Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) is a new non-linear control technology and has better control performance than the traditional PID for PMSM such a multi-parameter, non-linear, strong coupling and time-varying systems.Therefore, in the background the paper research on the PMSM speed control system based on ADRC. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) First, describe the background and significance of the topics. Focus on the research status of the motor control algorithms which is common used, these control algorithms used in AC motor control system to improve the performance of the control system. Finally, determine which control algorithm is used in the system according to the requirement of the paper.(2) Derive the PMSM mathematical model in the d-q axis coordinate system under the ideal conditions. The final choice is id=0 control strategy, with the concept of voltage limit oval and current limit circle to analyze vector control strategy. Then study the relationship between the SPWM and SVPWM, and get a simplified and more conducive to achieve digitization unified voltage modulation method based on the traditional SVPWM. Analyze the causes of how the dead-time generated and compensate it. Use the classical speed loop, current loop control scheme to build Simulink models.(3) Describe the composition of ADRC and the functions of each part. According to the mathematical model of PMSM design the speed torque controller of the control system based on second-order ADRC, using linear ADRC design d-axis current controller. In the Simulink environment compare with PI controller of the performance. The simulation results show that the performance of ADRC is better than the traditional PI controller.(4) Build the experimental hardware platform with TMS320F28069 as the core, complete system hardware and software design, through experimental and simulation results show that the performance of ADRC is better than PI.(5) Finally, conclusion and prospect of the paper.
