Under the dual threat of energy crisis and environmental problems,human beings have gradually increased the research and investment in new energy,the photovoltaic power generation and related industries have been developed in full swing.However,the working environment of photovoltaic components will bring many more complex problems to the stability of the power generation system.One of the problems is that the working point of the PV module changes with the change of the external environment,and the output power can not be kept in the maximum output state,resulting in low photoelectric conversion efficiency.In this paper,the output power of photovoltaic components is taken as the main line of research,and the control algorithm and implementation of the maximum output power are studied,and the theoretical and experimental research is carried out.This paper first introduces the background of the subject systematically,points out some problems existing in photovoltaic power generation,and then leads to the research status of this topic.Then,based on the analysis of the working principle and mathematical model of the photovoltaic module,based on the Simulink software,the modeling analysis is carried out,and the simulation results are obtained.The output characteristic curve of PV module and the main factors that affect its operation;then,the control principle of maximum output power of PV module and several main control algorithms are analyzed in detail.On this basis,the simulation models of disturbance observation,conductance increment and generation system are established,based on the simulation results,the advantages of the two algorithms are compared.On the basis of the analysis of the cause of the insufficiency of the disturbance observation method,a three step variable step perturbation method based on power prediction is proposed.After the simulation analysis,the improved algorithm can effectively solve the miscarriage of judgment in the traditional perturbation observation method and have good tracking accuracy and speed.On the basis of theoretical research,designed a power controller,the design of hardware and software of the controller is analyzed in detail,and put forward a solution in hardware circuit oscillation phenomena of work mode;Finally to experimental test of power controller,the experiment results show that the power controller make the photovoltaic module output power has obvious ascension,verify the validity of the photovoltaic module maximum output power control algorithm.
