With the development of science and technology,high-speed emu has gradually become the primary choice for people's transportation,which puts forward higher requirements for the complete assembly technology and equipment of high-speed emu.The end door as an important part of high speed emu,it must have characteristics such as reliability,security,sealing,stability,directly determine the passenger's life safety and interests,is the most basic requirements for high-speed trains,passenger interface.Emu for high speed in the process of running in a state of high vibration,strong interference and noise,the emu therefore end door automatic control system must have good stability,anti-interference ability and sealing,ensure the passenger interface in a comfortable environment.The essay focuses on the analysis of the emu within end door control system hardware structure,the working principle of the dc motor is analyzed to build data model function,confirm the influence factors of interference of dc motor speed.To end door to keep the steady operation of the requirements within the emu,DSPIC30f5015 MCU as control core,using fuzzy-PID hybrid control adjusting speed method,eliminate the influence of power supply voltage and mechanical load;According to the requirements of the emu end door control for safety from the end door extrusion resistant,self locking ability,resistance to the outside world link the in-depth study in three aspects,such as interference ability of the emu within end door automatic control system is optimized,so as to realize the perfection of the emu overall safety.This research mainly using MATLAB and SIMULINK software design,building motion model of the dc motor model,control algorithm,the fuzzy control of the power supply voltage fluctuation model simulation experiment was carried out,through adjusting the control system of the power supply voltage,observing the fuzzy control algorithm is internally end door dc motor to adjust the control,provide detailed test data for the design optimization,validation within end door control system stable performance and safe performance.
