With the rapid development of electronic technology,automatic control theory and communication technology,the automated meter reading and settlement of electricity consumption information collection systems has reduced the complexity of previous manual sections and improved the marketing level of power supply companies.At present,the user's power consumption is increasing day by day,and the load is increasing.The line loss caused directly affects the operating income of the power supply company.How to quickly and correctly collect user's measurement information and accurately calculate the line loss at different voltage levels has become one of the problems that need to be solved in current power consumption information collection systems.The main contents of the thesis include:First of all,it introduces the development history of electricity consumption information collection system and the development status at home and abroad.China is currently at the end of the comprehensive construction phase of the electricity consumption information collection system.After 2018,China will enter the promotion phase,the functions of the power consumption information collection system will be continuously improved according to the needs of the future market.Secondly,combined with the electricity consumption information collection system of Shandong Electric Power Company,the article introduces the three-tier structure of the current electricity consumption information collection system consisting of the main station,communication channels,and acquisition equipment and the detailed composition of each part.The function of the system are described in detail.Thirdly,the problems existing in the use of electricity information collection system in Shandong Province are expounded,which provide direction for the improvement of the electricity consumption information collection system in the future.Then,the generation,classification,and influencing factors of power line loss are introduced.The Jiaozhou Power Supply Company carried out the work on the treatment of line losses in the low-voltage station area,put forward a management plan,carried out an example analysis and summarized the results of the line loss treatment.Finally,the modeling method of the object-oriented protocol on different data and the combination of protocol commands are explained,and the data frame of the object-oriented protocol is partially illustrated.Taking Jiaozhou Power Supply Company as an example,the article analyzes the current use of acquisition equipment and the pilot conditions of object-oriented protocol acquisition equipment and proposes solutions to existing problems.Compared with the old protocol acquisition equipment,the improvement of the collection efficiency and success rate of the object-oriented protocol acquisition equipment are illustrated.
