The highway is an important part of the traffic network operating environment in our country,and it is one of the main ways to support the public's daily travel.With the explosive growth of travel demand.Highway infrastructure resources are difficult to meet the needs of public travel.Frequent traffic accidents,traffic congestionand other issues become an important problem restricting the development of the highway transportation industry.The development of active prevention technology for traffic accidents is an important means to solve the safety of highway traffic.The study of highway traffic accident prevention technology can effectively improve the road network operating environment,reduce the traffic accident rate and provide the public with high quality safe travel service.In this paper,through in-depth understanding of the development of domestic and international highway traffic information construction.Mainly from two aspects of active prevention technology of traffic accident based on vehicle to vehicle communication and active prevention technology of traffic accident based on mobile internet as research.Through the in-depth study of the typical traffic flow model NaSch,Based on the NS3 network communication simulation platform,a traffic flow model with NaSch motion is designed and developed to simulate the movement process of the vehicle in the vehicle to vehicle communication environment.It focuses on the analysis of 802.11 p technology based on vehicle to vehicle communication in different traffic environment on highway traffic accident rate.As well as the necessity of carrying out the research on traffic accident prevention,Which provides the basic application research results for the vehicle to vehicle communication simulation based on NS3 platform.This paper studies the key technology of mobile Internet,and expatiates on the whole architecture design,functional requirements analysis,database design,communication protocol design and security service information push strategy of traffic security information service application platform.The platform is mainly composed of traffic service information management,traffic service information release,traffic service information push and traffic information location service.My research content mainly focuses on the design and implementation of the main functions of traffic service information management system and traffic service information publishing system.Through the functional test of the actual road environment,the platform service performance is stable,can provide real-time,personalized,dynamic traffic safety information service,effectively reduce the traffic accident rate,to achieve the purpose of highway traffic accident prevention.
