The birth of electric vehicles provides an imaginary space for the human to solve energy crisis and environmental crisis.The normal driving of electric vehicles need charging stations to provide charging services.But load capacity is a bottleneck of the construction of the charging station.The load planning of the charging station and the using of orderly charging mode to improve charging capacity of the charging station and user charging experience is of great significance to the construction of the charging station.The load planning includes the establishment of charging station load model and the research of ordered charging strategy.This paper summarizes the technical methods of load modeling and orderly charging.In view of the limitations of using traditional non-electric vehicle travel data research to replace electric vehicle travel law,assuming that unchecked,designing objective function from the power grid point of view in ordered charging,this paper establishes charging station load model by analyzing the real charging station and electric vehicle charging data and then verifies the hypothetical scientificity by chi-square test.After establishing the charging station load model,this paper set the target to improve the utilization rate of the charging capacity of the charging station and to improve the user charging experience from the point of view of the charging station with the constraints of meeting the electric vehicle user charging needs.The decision variable is electric vehicle charging power.The orderly charging strategy is designed based on genetic algorithm.This paper simulates the charge of the charging station according to the established load model.The simulation results show that the simulated load is highly correlated with the real load.So the load model is valid.Then this paper simulates based on the design of the orderly charging strategy.The orderly charging strategy is proved that it can effectively improve the load capacity utilization and improve the user charging experience by comparing the case of disorderly charging with the case of ordered charging.
