The Research On Remote Cost Control System Of Power Marketing

With the development of science and technology,domestic smart grid has been proceeded in all-round way,In order to afford the requirements of the power grid,electric power marketing automation must be enhanced,and the marketing long range fee control system is also required.Meanwhile,there a large number of subscribers,it has higher requirement on real-time.The quality and efficiency of marketing business also facing severe challenges.Therefore,establishing a real-time electricity marketing system is of great significance.Based on the domestic and foreign relevant theories and analysis,the current status and development trend of power marketing cost control system are analyzed and studied in detail.And combining with the work experience and requirement analysis in Dalian,this paper clearly give a comprehensive solution of the long range fee control system and a concrete analysis of the technical structure.Based on the overall framework of the power marketing cost control system design,this article include the hardware platform of the long range fee control system and the analysis and design of collection terminal,intelligent meter,communication system and Main service Station.The collection terminal and the master station system are studied and analyzed.Based on the analysis of the business process of the remote toll control system,the software architecture and strategy of the long range fee control system are founded.This paper completes the study of the calculation strategy,the benchmark strategy and control strategy,the detailed functional design is included.The detailed design which aims to realize the function of long range power failure and long range power recovery is provided for the long range fee control system.At last,through the actual test of the long range control system,a detailed functional report is presented.Combined with the local characteristics,this paper gives detailed instructions on the design of hardware platform and software function of the long range fee control system.With the intensive study and the improvement of technical level,the long range fee control system will meet a perfect result.and it will play a much more important role in the future.
