With the steady progress of national electric power system reform,the combination of smart grid and Internet of Things technology has become a new research hotspot.As an important part of smart grid,smart meter system greatly facilitates the monitoring and analysis of power parameters and power quality by enterprises or users.At present,there are still some problems in the smart meter system,such as poor accuracy of power parameter measurement and poor effect of meter data display,which lead to enterprises or households unable to obtain efficient data in time and affect the quality of service.Based on narrowband Internet of Things communication technology(NB-IoT),This paper is based on narrowband Internet of Things(NB-IoT)communication technology and carries out research from aspects such as terminal hardware and software design,high-precision power parameter measurement,server listening program,and optimization of visual web pages.It designs and implements a smart metering system with functions of data acquisition,wireless transmission,and remote monitoring.The main research work and content are as follows:(1)Build the terminal hardware platform of the smart meter system.According to the performance requirements of the system,hardware selection is made with the STM32L431Rc microcontroller as the core and the NB-IoT communication module ME3616 as the remote communication medium.The system is combined with the three-phase multifunctional metering chip HT7036,and hardware circuit design is used to complete the physical design of the metering hardware terminal through soldering and testing.(2)Complete the system terminal program design with data acquisition and high-precision measurement.Analyze the terminal program operation process,design the power acquisition application driver components according to the system requirements,and complete the power parameters and power quality data acquisition functions.Aiming at the problem that the traditional rate wave algorithm is greatly affected by the single abnormal data interference and the data measurement accuracy is not high,an anti-pulse interference average filtering algorithm based on threshold value is proposed for data processing,so as to improve the measurement accuracy of basic power parameter data such as voltage and current.(3)Optimize server-side listener and client-side web design.Based on the application architecture of NB-IoT,the laboratory listener framework is adapted.Through the addition of data table and database access interface to meet the new data access requirements of the system.At the wsame time,analyse of the system communication process and design the communication interface between the terminal,the server and the client.In view of many problems of harmonic content fields,the harmonic data processing algorithm is introduced to display the data in line chart instead of the original text box,so as to optimize the data display effect.By adding the webpage function interface,the system visual webpage interface design is completed to realize the remote monitoring function.Finally,this paper presents a smart meter system based on NB-IoT.The experimental results show that the smart meter system has good operating performance,and provides a new real-time,high-precision and remote monitoring scheme for the field of electricity meters.
