| At present,the wave of tramway revival has been set off all over the world,and the modern tramway has become the backbone of many domestic and overseas urban transportation network.Thanks to the rapid development of modern tramway,no-catenary power supply technology also presents diversified development.Ground power supply technology,as one of the no-catenary power supply technology,is mainly controlled by three major foreign rail transportation companies.This paper takes the Zhuhai Tram Line 1 as the project background,technical cooperation with Italy Ansaldo company,researches and designs the ground power supply technology,then performs transformation for technical defects,finally its safety and reliability is verified by the practical operation.For the ground power supply system,this paper mainly completed the following research work:First of all,according to the line condition and vehicle condition of Zhuhai Tram Line 1,the overall scheme of substation is determined,at the same time,the reference for the design of ground power supply system is provided.Then design from the aspects of concept,theory,material and structure of the ground power supply system,its safety and reliability is verified by a large number of electrical test,and passed highest security level SIL4 certification by a number of authoritative institutions.After that,a solution is put forward for the problems of the ground power supply system engineering practice.After the completion of project relevant installation,the commissioning of the ground power supply system has been carried out to verify the performance and safety of the power supply.Finally,according to the failure problem of the ground power supply system during the debugging period,the author has made the related plan and has carried on the technical transformation to the system.The system transformed has been tested and verified to be successful,passed the expert review,the final Zhuhai Tram Line 1 successfully opened trial operation. |
