Previous scholars have rarely studied control of arriving aircraft which are mainly based on RNAV combined with radar vectoring in China's busy approach control area.This paper studies radar vectoring rules on individual approach control seat from analysis and exploration of radar trajectory data to establish a applicable radar vectoring model.Furthermore,based on above-mentioned model,the problem of radar-vectoring approach aircraft scheduling in congested airspace is studied,and with its sequencing results,trajectory planning shall be performed indicating its practical significance.Data processing method and flow on characteristics of trajectory data shall enjoy the high priority before important data conversion and extraction.The approach area and its monitoring services as well as existing classical sorting algorithms are summarized,and a three-objective function model for approaching aircraft in the approach control zone is established which provide data support and basic theoretical support for following studies.Further,radar vectoring recognition method and final approach rate of characterization of the proximity of radar vectoring state and runway approach ratio are proposed.Based on trajectory data analysis statistics,radar vectoring control method and process of controller conducts are summarized.Equal distance circle extrapolation method was adopted to propose a radar-vector equidistant circle model which is used to conduct example analysis of Beijing approach zone.Taking impact of implementation of equidistant circle model on estimated time of arrival,arriving aircraft with NSGA-II algorithm are sequenced in approach control before proposal of MDP algorithm based on MAXQ decomposition to verify feasibility of sequencing results.The simulation is performed on examples.The sequencing optimization results verified the effectiveness of algorithm,and trajectory planning is carried out according to simulation sequencing result.The feasibility ofthe sequencing result is verified,and controllers are provided with auxiliary decision for radar vectoring.
