Quick Access Recorder(QAR)has recorded plenty of flight data by sensors in aircraft,flight simulation by QAR data has great significance for the research of flight failure,the assessment of flight quality and the prediction of flight failure.FlightGear is an open-source flight simulation software,after study on data communication interface of Flight Gear,and matching the data type between FlightGear and QAR data,a data communication platform is designed by C# programming,and visualization of flight scene is realized,which means convertion of QAR data to real flight display,at the same time,an instrument display platform is developed by GL Studio and C++ programming.First,after the requirement analysis for visualization of flight data,the communication mode and the IO system of FlightGear are mainly studied,several plans of flight simulation driven by external data are compared and analyzed.Then,for solving the problem of low accuracy of latitude and longitude information in QAR data,projection theory and integral theory is combined to proposes an integrated navigation method based on indirect Kalman filter for optimization of flight path.In addition,after study on the network communication interface technology of FlightGear,a data communication platform based on network transmission mode of user diagram protocol(UDP)is designed and developed by C# programming to achieve data communication between programs in Visual Studio 2013,which consists of data reading and sending function with progress and frequency control,visualization of flight path and aircraft's attitude is realized by two-way transmission of data between FlightGear and local program.Additionally,for the difference of data unit's definition between QAR data and FlightGear,flight control surfaces' units of QAR data and FlightGear is unified after data type matching work,the real throttle position data is calculated by relevance analysis,flight simulation by control quantity is studied to validate the authenticity of QAR data and the effectiveness of flight simulation platform.Finally,for visual and direct flight data display,the virtual instrument display system based on the real instrument panel of diminutive aeroplane and modern electronic instruments is developed through UDP communication by mixed programming of C++ and GL Studio.This platform can be used for flight simulation and QAR data analysis to find the key parameters in QAR data which have influence of flight safety and quality,it has practical and research value for flight training quality evaluation and flight accident reappearance.
