| When the tram track structure is laid on the bridge, its pavement thic KNess is higher than the pavement thicKNess of the bridge, which affects the sharing of road rights with other vehicles. In order to realize the purpose of sharing the right of road, this paper proposes to reduce the height of groove rail.Trough type rail height will cause rail flexural capacity is insufficient,in order to make up for the shortage, the measures was at the end of the rail between the two fasteners and support,to put forward the channel rail lower height a preliminary study on the feasibility plan, and from a perspective of the structure, strength, power solutions for specific analysis. The main research contents of this paper include:(1)the structure, according to the characteristics of the rail and tram track itself determine the channel rail can be reduced in the range of 0 ~ 44 mm,and the channel rail height decrease caused by bending, shear problems were analyzed, and the need to take some measures to solve the problem of rail bending is proposed.A preliminary study on the feasibility of reducing the height of groove rail from the structure is proposed.(2)the strength,by way of rail bottom bearing steel bending problem, put forward the supporting scheme and match under different rail height lower value and rail support stiffness value combination, the rail with groove is not reduced without bearing the cross section of the bending stress of comparative analysis,it is concluded that the rail of the concrete can drop height and match the suitable under the rail bearing stiffness, reduce the height from the trough to establish strength on rail feasibility study of two kinds of schemes.(3)the dynamics, from the comfort, the wheel/rail force, wheel unloading rate, the rail vertical displacement Angle and rail vertical acceleration through the rail with groove is not reduced without bearing were analyzed, from the power rail of two kinds of groove on the lower level test feasibility study plan. Finally, the feasibility study plan of tram tram is determined. |
