With the rapid development of Chinese economic level,the urbanization in China has been improved.As the result of this kind of development,some problems are becoming more and more seriously,as environmental pollution,energy demanding and so on.The traditional construction project site are mostly using pouring construction mothod,but with the process of high energy consumption,high pollution,high labor intensity,low efficiency,low quality and other defects.This kind of has been difficult to comply with the contemporary architectural needs.With development of building industrialization technology,the rapid development of fabricated building technology has enabled to overcome the shortcomings of previous on-site constructionmethod due to its good economic and social benefits,making it more and more popular the construction industry in various countries.The kind of construction method ispromoted in various countries.Because large population and large demand for construction projects in our country,the development of prefabricated buildings will become the major component of China’s future construction industry.However,the application of this technology is mainly in the stage of introduction and preliminary application.Due to the high design difficulty and strict requirements,high construction expenditure,whichcaused the kind of building construction method limited to a number of specific construction projects.The paper has firstly introduces the development and application of prefabricated construction and summarizes application of the prefabricated construction at domesticate and abroad through literature analysis.The application and development of prefabricated construction in China is summarized.After that,the paper mainly introduces the prefabricated construction frame structure building which is widely used domestically,and analyzes its construction features,components,connection methods and its advantages and disadvantages.Followed by studying the theory of genetic algorithms,the paper is summarized the principles of genetic algorithms,calculation process,advantages and disadvantages and the scope of application.Based on the genetic algorithm toolbox of Matlab software coding,the structural components of the parts of actual prefabricated construction frame concrete construction project are optimized to realize the structural safety of components,the economical cost of construction materials,the universality of components and the safety of transportation of components.The security check of the components is analyzed by PKPM software,and compared with manual optimization;the optimization of the algorithm is compared in economy and versatility.And the advantages and disadvantages of the genetic algorithm in the component are found out.At the same time,application of Building Information Modeling(BIM),the prefabricated prefabricated columns,prefabricated composite beams and prefabricated laminate are presented in order to explore the application of BIM technology in the optimization research of fabricated components.Research on structural optimization of prefabricated construction of public buildings based on Genetic Algorithm this paper analyzes the application from the following aspects:1.Combing the construction methods of traditional architectural projects,and exploring the application of prefabricated construction technology in the design and construction process,pointing out the advantages of this kind of technology.2.Taking the genetic algorithm based on Matlab software as an example,this paper studies the application of genetic algorithm in the process of optimization of prefabricated construction components,which provides a practical reference for the future practical projects.3.Studying the related laws and policies of the current prefabricated construction technology and analyzing the influencing factors of the prefabricated construction components optimization at the same time,at the same time,we put forward the aim of optimization research.4.Taking application of BIM technology in prefabricated construction frame structure optimization designby using the Revit which the main popular BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology software.Making respectively after algorithm optimization of precast columns,prefabricated laminate for centralized presentationand export CAD related drawingsby BIM model.
