In recent years,prefabricated buildings have become the general trend of China's development.Different from traditional buildings with long construction cycle,large labor input,low production efficiency and low quality and safety coefficient,prefabricated buildings are an efficient and green construction method.In order to promote the continuous development of prefabricated building,it is very important to optimize its construction technology,cost and performance.With the continuous improvement of information technology level and the wide application in the industrial field,the application of building information modeling(BIM)3d modeling technology in the construction field is increasing and playing an increasingly important role in the construction industry.However,compared with the international average level,the informatization level of China's construction industry is not high and there is considerable room for improvement.Therefore,it is of great value to apply(BIM)technology to optimize and control the cost of prefabricated buildings.Firstly,this paper studies the method of automatic calculation of prefabricated building cost based on BIM,then introduces the method of automatic calculation of real time quantity and cost based on Autodesk Revit platform from component classification system,coding rules of building components and software modeling rules.Different from the traditional manual and mold turning way of engineering cost calculation,real-time engineering quantity and cost calculation is the application process of forward BIM.With the change of the scheme,real-time data can show the reverse dynamic direction of the scheme design,so that the cost optimization process can be advanced to the design stage.Secondly,the prefabricated light steel structure housing system developed by the institute of building technology and science of Southeast University is taken as the research object.The housing system has the characteristics of repeated reuse of components and can realize repeated disassembly and assembly for 30 times.Therefore,the cost optimization in the process of repeated disassembly and assembly is of great significance.Based on the multi-objective optimization of construction duration,cost and quality,this paper provides guidance for the optimal decision-making in the construction process of prefabricated buildings.The complexity of this objective trade-off combinatorial optimization problem has been proved to be a NPhard problem,which has already exceeded the decision-making ability of human brain.Therefore,in this paper,intelligent optimization algorithm is adopted to solve the multi-objective optimization decisionmaking of cost,duration and quality in the construction process of prefabricated buildings.In this paper,Autodesk Revit software is selected as the main BIM work modeling platform,and based on this software,the amount and cost of construction work are calculated automatically.MATLAB coding was used to carry out optimization software research and complete the independent operation of "prefabricated building construction cost optimization.exe" program.In addition,the 2018 C-House project of the institute of building technology and science of Southeast University is taken as the verification to prove the effectiveness of genetic algorithm from the perspective of distribution and convergence,so as to realize the multi-objective optimization of cost,duration and quality of the project.
