Entering new 21 st century,we more and more like a global village,green planet with each passing day,various countries and various areas all over the world people are out of doors,and people in other country,religion,color of skin to free trade.Since the advent of the railway,railway transportation has become the main mode of transportation in various countries.However the railway transport due to gauge is not unity between all countries and regions is more and more can’t keep up with the pace of globalization,countries between transportation efficiency,thus greatly reduced the van equipped with variable gauge bogie is a convenient and efficient method.To change track in our country is still in its infancy in r&d and manufacture of bogie technology,this paper designed a new kind of variable gauge bogie locking mechanism,at the same time,design a set of matching the ground track device.In addition,the change process of variable gauge bogie gauge is introduced in detail.Introduced in this paper has analyzed the independent rotating wheels guidance technology,by adding the PaiDaoXiang devices on the independently rotating wheel bogie,wheel locking mechanism of comprehensive,lateral clearance,independently rotating wheels is set up 1435 mm and 1520 mm gauge bogie vehicle two simpack dynamics simulation model of track circuit model,according to the UIC-518-2009 and "high speed emu vehicle test specification of the standard obtained the bogie gauge railway in 1435 mm and 1520 mm gauge lines on the stability,the stability and curve through performance indicators.In this paper,the variable gauge bogie is designed by a series of secondary suspension parameters,main: turn a series vertical stiffness,a jib arm node a series of vertical lateral stiffness,damping,two vertical damping,two transverse damping,the lateral stiffness,serpentine shock absorber damping resistance,the optimization analysis.Furthermore,the influence of the lateral clearance of the locking mechanism on the dynamic performance of the independent rotating wheel is analyzed.Finally,the dynamic performance indexes of the bogie on the track and track are predicted based on the overall optimized suspension parameters.
