Reasearch On Functional And Reliability Test About Gauge-Changeable Bogie

Under the background of the New Era,transnational transportation between countries is increasingly frequent.As an advanced method of transnational transportation,gauge-changeable bogie is a convenient and reliable method.Before a product putting into operation,it is essential to take the necessary functional and reliability test.The research on the functional and reliability test about gaugechangeable bogie is established in this research background.In this paper,the gaugechangeable bogie is taken as the research object,and the structure and principle of its matching ground device as well as its working process are studied and analyzed.On the basis of analysis,the design scheme of the functional and reliability test-bed of the gauge-changeable bogie is put forward.By building a measurement and control system with LabVIEW programming program as the core,the test method and specific test contents of reliability test are put forward,and relevant test specifications and documents are made.The main work is as follows:First of all,the main structure composition and action principle of the gaugechangeable bogie and its matching ground device are analyzed on the given structure of a certain type of gauge-changeable bogie,and the working process of the gaugechangeable bogie is studied and summarized.Secondly,according to the analysis of the structure and the working process of the gauge-changeable bogie,the working conditions and technical requirements of the test-bed which can be used to test the functional and reliability of the gauge-changeable bogie are put forward.The three-dimensional model of the test-bed is constructed by SolidWorks.The key assemblies and components are designed and selected,and the test working process of the test-bed is analyzed.Then,the hardware part of the test-bed measurement and control system which consists of the driving device,sensors,data acquisition card,signal conditioning module and computer is made.According to the test requirements,the sensor model and installation location are determined.And the data acquisition card and signal conditioning module are determined according to the acquisition signal.Through the programming software LabVIEW,the software part and man-machine interface of the measurement and control system are designed.Based on above,the measurement and control system of the functional and reliability test-bed of the gauge-changeable bogie is established.Finally,according to the basic theory of reliability and the content of the test research,the evaluation index of reliability test is established.The research method of test and the general process of test which has specific test contents are proposed.And the test specification and relevant documents are defined.
