Rail transit is a city’s transportation lifeline,making it stable,reliable and safe operation is the biggest target of Operation department.The monitoring and control system of rail transit power supply is a centralized monitoring and management of the full line of power supply equipment,which ensures the normal operation of the power supply system,and plays an important role in providing stable and reliable power supply for the traffic signal system.According to the acceptance specification of rail transit power supply network monitoring system,make system to monitor system demand analysis and overall scheme design.aiming at the problem of poor real-time monitoring and control system,the following measures are adoptedin this paper,using C/S architecture,client-side implementation and server direct,for only one layer of interaction,there is no intermediate link,the response speed.The data and alarm information are uploaded by active method,which has higher real-time performance compared with the passive polling query.The data acquisition apparatus has the ability of low-level protocol parsing and data processing,which can effectively reduce the server end pressure and improve the data processing speed of the server.Data collector was configurated in each site of Power network management Monitoring system to collect data,which through the network to the Monitoring center server.The monitoring system has developed the important functions such as data management,alarm management,report management and authority management according to the requirement.Database to store historical data and related configuration and historical warning information,to facilitate the operation of personnel inquiries.And can pass the historical data in the database to generate the corresponding report,assists the personnel of the transportation dimension to carry on the decision analysis.The Power network management Monitoring system supports the breakpoint renewal function,even in the site of the data acquisition device and Monitoring Center server communication interruption,data acquisition can be collected on the end of storage,when it recovery,the data can be uploaded to the monitoring serveragain,to confirm that the communication data is not lost.In the end of this paper,the system of the Rail Traffic Power network monitoring system is validated and tested,which achieves the expected design performance index and function requirement,and successfully completed the project acceptance.
