DC motor is widely used in industrial production.Because of the complexity of DC motor speed control system and its operation environment,and the diversity of production equipment and processor equipment,it is necessary to monitor the status of DC motor and its controller,to meet the needs of operation and maintenance of the production equipment.In addition,due to the limited man-machine interface of DC motor controller,the field debugging and control parameter adjustment of new installation equipments are seriously restricted.In this paper,a monitoring system of DC motor speed control equipment is designed based on RS-485 field bus,Bluetooth and GPRS communication,to realize remote monitoring and data management for DC motor operation,as well as field debugging and control parameter adjustment by use of mobile phones.This paper,according to the reality of different manufacturers such as governor for state monitoring and management,the operation state of each equipment factory factory on the workshop equipment governor for integrated monitoring management,and on-site technical personnel to avoid high dangerous environment and needs to distance the equipment parameter setting,monitoring and data transmission etc.In view of the requirements of the above scenario,the requirements of module design and related design are started.the design and realization of remote communication interface began,including communication interface hardware using Bluetooth 4.0 interface,Ethernet communication,RS-485 interface and other related circuit design,communication interface software with the hardware requirements for software programming function.In the DC motor speed setting,combined with the prior mature links and double loop excitation PID tuning,the motor control is more mature,in accordance with the design requirements of monitoring and management system,developed by Android technology and the mobile phone Bluetooth BLE technology,server technology,and front-end user interface design technology,combining PC terminal,mobile terminal debugging and software design,making the whole system realize remote monitoring control and management function.Combined with the above system design and based on its performance indicators,this paper proposes STM32 microcontroller as the core of the hardware circuit,and as the main control platform,realizes the DC motor speed governor's control setting.The software part combines Android Studio,MongoDB database,Python and other software design platforms,and completes the design of remote control system and remote monitoring management client software.The hardware part discusses the circuit structure of DC motor speed controller,design a variety of hardware communication used,and the excitation of DC motor PID tuning and double loop DC motor speed regulation and so on;the software part in the remote communication technology based on key design data acquisition and display,a key parameter of the whole chart fixed server,back-end storage module.The experimental motor is built and the system debugging is completed,and the remote monitoring and management experiment of the DC motor governor is completed.The results show that the remote communication management scheme of the DC motor speed control device can better meet the application requirements of the field control and remote state monitoring and management.
