The conductive polymer PEDOT:PSS is widely used in many fields such as optoelectronic devices,super-capacitors,and solar cells due to its excellent electrical conductivity and film forming properties.Nowadays,there has been no attempt to use PEDOT:PSS as electrode material in the field of film capacitors.In this dissertation,PEDOT:PSS is used as the film capacitor electrode material,and a laminated film capacitor is constructed based on the drop coating method,the casting method and the 3D printing technology.The specific work content is mainly divided into three parts:(1)The influence of drying temperature and doping with different organic solutions on the electrical conductivity and surface morphology of PEDOT:PSS films were investigated.The results show that the drying temperature not only affects the conductivity of the film,but also took a great influence on the surface flatness.At 100°C,the PEDOT:PSS film has the best surface performance.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and atomic force microscopy(AFM)analysis show that the ethylene glycol solution effectively doped PEDOT:PSS.When the volume fraction of ethylene glycol in the solution is 10%,the prepared film showed the highest conductivity with the square resistance about 2.1 m?/sq.(2)PEDOT:PSS film was used as the electrode material for PVDF,PP,PI and other dielectric films to construct the metal film capacitors.The influence of polymer electrodes on the dielectric properties of dielectric materials,and feasibility of PEDOT:PSS as a film capacitor electrode were explored.Furthermore,comparison of capacitor performance based on the aluminum electrodes and PEDOT:PSS electrodes were also discussed.The results show that by controlling the conductivity of PEDOT:PSS,the device exhibited the basic performance of capacitive devices,and it is feasible to employ the conducting polymer as electrode materials for a thin film capacitor.However,due to the high contact loss between the PEDOT:PSS and the dielectric,its capacitance characteristics need to be further improved.(3)Laminated capacitors with patterning structure based on PEDOT:PSS electrodes was investigated.The 3D printing technology was applied to the fabrication process of thin film capacitors.Firstly,the extruder of the traditional FDM principle desktop 3D printer was modified to match the solution material system.Secondly,the dielectric films and electrode films were patterned by 3D printer to verify the feasibility of the preparation method.Finally,multi-laminate capacitor arrays were prepared and the structure and properties of the devices were characterized.The results indicate that the devices fabricated through 3D printing technology showed stable structure and basic capacitive device characteristics.
