In recent years,ADS-B technology has been widely promoted and applied in the field of air traffic control worldwide,as an extended use of Mode S,ADS-B technology is the development trend of future air traffic control.Compared with radar surveillance,ADS-B surveillance has a series of advantages,such as high surveillance accuracy,fast update rate,rich information.And our country has developed ADS-B technology route and planning based on Mode S transponder.Currently,in ICAO,the general open format is used,and ADS-B message can be collected and analyzed by any receiver that meets the requirements of the modulation property.ICAO allows countries to carry out ADS-B plaintext encryption applications.This thesis is designed through system demand analysis,implements an ADS-B message airborne-ground communication system based on 1090 ES data-link.At the same time,the ADS-B message is encrypted and decrypted using the AES algorithm.This thesis make research and development on this direction,and has set up a platform test,the equipment of the related function,performance,efficiency was tested,for future use and new direction development to provide technical support.In this thesis,the main work is as follows:1.Theoretical study and literature reading.To collect and read relevant standards related to the use of this subject,including various standards and engineering technical documents issued by ICAO and RTCA organizations;Learn out the use of ADS-B at home and abroad,the advantages and disadvantages of the mainstream encryption algorithm and its implementation.2.Demand analysis.The AES algorithm is selected as the core algorithm of ADS-B message transmission,and make system demand analysis and functional index requirements of Mode S transponder,and put forward the application test environment needed for the thesis design.3.System design.The system architecture and working principle are described,the function and function of each subsystem,the block diagram and functional block diagram are described.The requirement and realization of main components are also described.For the mature product part,the implementation plan is briefly described.4.System implementation.Based on the system design,the system realization can be achieved through the decomposition of functional indexes.Topics involved in ARM development,FPGA development,algorithm development,etc.,in the process of system implementation,also give full consideration to the mature product of inheritance,by a certain degree of adaptability that makes the thesis design to get fast implementation.At the same time,the efficiency of the encryption algorithm is evaluated.5.Testing and deployment.By setting up a complete test and verification platform,completed the verification and verification of requirements,and more importantly,the encrypted communication transmission of ADS-B message passed the test.At the end of this paper,the work of this thesis is summarized and gives a prospect for the future research direction.
