Hydraulic torque converter is a kind of hydraulic components with liquid as medium(mainly Engine oil)in the industry,it is widely used in various vehicles now.It can directly affect the quality and service life of the driving device of vehicle,hydraulic torque converter is the most important influence is the problem of vehicle vibration and noise.The dynamic balance machine it is ma inly used in modern mechanical vibration and noise elimination of the workpiece machine.The research content o f this paper is imbalance calculation method,automatic weighting,TCP Ethernet communication and evaluation of the effects of automatic and manual weighting.In order to meet the requirements of higher precision,the automatic weighting method is used to replace the traditional manual weighting.The TCP Ethernet communication is to make the production to achieve the purpose of remote monitoring,to achieve full automation,to keep up with the pace of China's industry 4.0.First introduced the torque converter in the field of modern industry and the role of the market demand for it,and explains the vibration problems encountered in practice,this leads to the issue of the torque converter automatic weighting dynamic balancing machine,as well as the TCP Ethernet communication for remote monitoring and control network means.Then this paper mainly analyzes the core modules of the three: the imbalance of the measurement,automatic correction method,as well as TCP Ethernet communication of LabWindows/CVI.First of all,the principle of the dynamic balancing machine is to calculate the unbalance of the rotor by the centrifugal force formula,and make a detailed analysis of the calculation model and calculation algorithm of the unbalance,then designed the principle and calculation method of automatic weighting device,and then explained in detail the TCP function library under the Lab Windows/CVI platform,with the help of program fragments and pictures to illustrate the realization process and process of communication.At last the effect of the hydraulic torque converter is studied under the condition of two kinds of manual and automatic weighting.It is indicated that the correction of the automatic weighting method can improve the precision and stability of the torque converter.
