Apart from the common parameter of washing-dirtiness degree, low vibrancy is becoming a more and more important parameter in washing machines, while the rectify deviation of liquid hydraulic balancers directly influence vibrancy characters in washing machines.An experiment system on the test of the rectify deviation of liquid hydraulic balancers is developed in this paper, including the design of the overall blueprint, mechanical structure, sensor testing in the system and data selecting unit. Piles of experiments were conducted to study the impact of parameters such as fluid cubage ratio, fluid density inside of hydraulic balancer and inner and outer diameters on the rectify deviation of liquid hydraulic balancers. An optimize plan is promoted based on that analysis.Results show that the rectify deviation of liquid hydraulic balancers mainly depends on fluid cubage ratio and fluid density inside of hydraulic balancer, besides, related parameters on hydraulic balancer structure. A further theory study on hydraulic balancer of widely-used washing machines is conducted based on this conclusion. According to the working principle and reason of auto rectify deviation, mathematical model of hydraulic balancer is developed, in which relations between main parameters and rectify deviation characters is emphasized, and its results is validated with experiment results. Based on mathematical model, concept of fictional force is put forward, which provides theory foundation for the emulation study.Emulation model of washing machines is established in ADAMS to further study the optimization of hydraulic balancer, in which fictitious load is introduced to replace the hydraulic balancer, instead of the conventional little ball model. An optimization plan can be concluded according to the compare among emulation results. This plan will powerfully support the practical design of hydraulic balancer in washing machines and help avoiding blindfold experimental design.
