In contemporary society,is a pursuit of the innovation and development of society,with the rapid development of science and technology and economy,the construction industry has officially entered the track of development,the height of the building is increasing,the structure of the building is more diverse and the form of the building is more novel,at the same time,facing the difficulty of building construction is increasing.As an auxiliary construction tool,the attached lifting scaffold plays a very important role in the construction of modern architecture.The attached lifting scaffold has obvious superiority compared with the traditional scaffold.The overall stability of the frame is better,the self-lifting function in the construction process makes the mechanization degree higher and the economic benefit more notable.It is listed as a key promotion and R & D project by Ministry of housing and construction.In the construction process of the attached lifting scaffold,the lifting movement is realized by the guide rail of the frame structure,and then the normal use condition of the frame is satisfied through the guide seat.,so the safety and stability of the structure is not only reflected in the reasonable control of the construction of the frame,but also the rational design of the R & D stage of the frame.It is self-evident importance of construction load and wind load,as the fundamental basis of the structural design,and the impact on the structure also includes some unfavorable conditions,such as the frame structure was not synchronous movement or structure falls guide anti falling device,these effects should be considered in the design and use of the process frame.This paper takes the lifting scaffolding of Gansu seventh construction company equipment leasing company as the background,combined with the requirements of structural design of frame structure and calculation theory,using finite element analysis software ANSYS with static analysis under asynchrony and anti-dropping device for transient dynamic analysis under the frame of the frame body,the change rules of internal forces and displacement at the support points and critical points of frame attachment are studied,which will provide some basis for safety design and reasonable control in the process of operation..Through the analysis,we can draw the following conclusions:(1)When the guide occurred asynchrony,structural support and attachment of adjacent attachment supporting point of internal force will change,when the displacement difference reaches a certain value,the mechanical properties of the structure will change,and the key point of the corner node structure of the more obvious changes,especially changes a layer of joint rotation is noteworthy,in addition,when the guide does not synchronized movement,the structure of key members at the connection point will appear the maximum stress structure,when the displacement of rail reaches a certain level will show plastic failure,therefore,in the construction process,should be strictly to control the displacement difference between the rails.(2)Based on the frame body is composed of only the main structure of the non-synchronous motion analysis,put forward the parallel truss influence to structure reinforcement,the maximum increase of the truss frame structure and stress change,improve the ultimate load capacity of structure,key point of rotation angle variation,truss structure the connection performance of the whole structure is improved,enhance the stability of the structure.(3)Through the transient dynamic analysis of attached lifting scaffolding,it is found that the impact load of falling support points decreases greatly,and the magnitude of load increases at the adjacent support points,and the larger the distanc e between support points is,the smaller the change range is.When the structure is under the impact load,the key point of the same location,the top layer displacement changes a lot,and the bottom level is the smallest.The difference between them is no t very large due to the rational design of reinforcement.
