At present,the research on reliability theory was mainly for structural component.But structural failure were very complicated problems,component failure didn't equal to failure of the whole structural system.Contrasted structural component reliability,structural system reliability can reflect the true structure reliability.But structural system still faced two difficult problems for failure mode,which are combinatorial explosion and related failure,causing a more difficult calculation.It was difficult to calculate the reliability in practical engineering.In recent years,scholars proposed a new idea at home and abroad.It approximately calculated the structural system reliability by used the limit state equation for global structure.However,there are still relatively few studies in this field.And the damage of the reinforced concrete structure was more serious under earthquakes,resulting in huge casualties and economic losses.Therefore,it was a great significance that discuss the golabal reliability of reinforced concrete structure under earthquake.In order to solve the global reliability problem for the whole structure under the earthquake action efficiently and precisely,the Kriging-RSM algorithm calculating the global reliability was proposed based on the Kriging model and the Response Surface Method(RSM).Those finite element models of reinforced concrete frame were established by central composite design method and carried on Pushover analysis.Then the global reliability was calculated by the Kriging-RSM algorithm,under the constructed state equation of the overall structure ultimate bearing capacity.Finally,global reliability and sensitivity calculation was realized state equation of the overall structure ultimate bearing capacity for reinforced concrete frame.And it was contrasted global reliability and sensitivity calculation with RSM.Combined with capacity spectrum method and displacement coefficient method,the seismic reliability calculation of reinforced concrete frames was achieved under the ultimate deformation capacity.To make calculation convenient,the Kriging-RSM algorithm,the capacity spectrum method and the displacement coefficient method were compiled into the calculation interface based on the Matlab GUI platform.Results show that the Kriging-RSM algorithm was efficient and precise,and it was a new method for calculated global reliability.The sensitivity is different impacted on the global reliability of the structure,which are the compressive peak strength of concrete,the modulus of concrete,the yield strength of the steel bar and the modulus of the steel bar have different changing laws under the basic seismic acceleration of different designs.There are different impacted on calculation results of the global reliability with the variation coefficient ofstructural deformation capacity,the different lateral pushover force and the different beam-column stiffness ratio.
