Wind turbine blade is one of the core components of wind turbines.The method of fatigue test of wind turbine blades in China is mainly based on single-axis fatigue loading test.In order to make the blade closer to the actual working conditions in the test process and make the test results more accurate and to shorten the test time of single-axis fatigue,a loading method that can make the test results more accurate is proposed in this thesis.The hydraulic excitation is designed for biaxial loading.Wind turbine blade biaxial loading test bench provides a theoretical analysis and experimental reference for the practical application of wind turbine blade biaxial fatigue loading test.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:Take the existing commercial full-size wind turbine blade as the main test object,the dynamic analysis of the single and the biaxial loading is carried out,the relevant vibration law is obtained and the blade trajectory is simulated,and the overall mechanical structure of the test bench is designed.The required loading method design loading device,and the design of the hydraulic control system to complete the design and selection of the main components of the work,the design of electrical control system,based on test needs to develop and design interactive human-machine interface.Complete the test stand physical build work.After the completion of the test bench on the test bench for commissioning and test validation,including the choice of test methods,the preparation of test steps and the analysis of test results.The test indicates that the function of the test bench meets the design requirements,running well,the program is feasible and the result is reliable.Moreover,to meet different test requirements,an effective and quick method is given to determine the test parameters,which provides an effective reference for the use of the test bench and the subsequent test data acquisition.
