Accuracy control plays an important role in ship construction,which can improve the shipbuilding quality,reducing construction cycle and cost.Japan and Korea are leding the world in shipbuilding accuracy control.Accuracy control is also the one of mainly gap between China and Japan and Korea on construction technology.Therefore,improving the construction precision of ship products,appling and researching on shipbuilding precision management data system,establishing a ship's accuracy control system that is suit to ourselves,actualizing meticulous process and zero-allowance assembly,all these are important vehicles to enhance the construction level and market competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes DSIC's actual ship construction process and the adopted technology as the basis,through comparison with the world advanced shipbuilding enterprises in accuracy management,3D measurement technology and precision management data system application and research,we see the disparity of Chinese shipbuilding enterprises.By combining the problems encountered in the ship construction of DSIC,analyzing the current hull construction and precision management process,changing the block accuracy management model from 2D to 3D.Depend on the application of EcoMarine G2 shipbuilding precision data management system,aiming the shortcomings of the shipbuilding precision data management and analysis of the system for secondary development,perfected the special requirements analysis and collection function for DSIC.Improve the accuracy of block manufacture and closure,ensure the safely of construction personnel,shorten the cycle of shipbuilding.The main work of this paper is based on VMware virtualization platform,building and applying EcoMarine G2 shipbuilding precision data management system.Using 3D total station instrument to improve block digital measurement technology,establishing and improveing shipbuilding precision database to realize the data accumulation.Through the research on the application of 3D precision data management system in the various department of the enterprise,in view of ship design accuracy management method and the shipbuilding process,We take 8800 box container No.2 ship as the main development template to gradually improve the accuracy of the different types of each stage production management framework.Through statistical analysis,formulating the every index plan of precision management,a number of data analysis to find the cause of the problem,and through optimization of process and the precision of the management control,early warning system for happened problems to avoid mistakes in the same way again.
