Research On Project Risk Management Of Virtualization Management Platform Of Capital International Airport

With the rapid development of modern information technology,users have raised higher standards and requirements for computer hardware utilization and system flexibility.Virtualization technology is becoming more and more widely used.Virtualization technology can be placed into different scenes,different users to meet the actual demand.The function of virtualization technology is conducive to enterprises to solve the problems arising from the allocation of resources,business management and other aspects of the problem.Virtualization technology is gradually play a crucial role in the enterprise management and business operations,not only to achieve rapid deployment and migration server and data center,unified management and cross domain resource management at the same time,the enterprise from the traditional manual operation and maintenance management mode gradually transformed into automatic operation mode.The capital airport terminal 3 has been operational since 2007,the existing system of hardware aging serious,need to be upgraded,and the system architecture are separated from each other,unable to adapt to the safe operation of the airport operation and integration,and business collaboration.To effectively enhance the safe operation of capital airport infrastructure,Capital Airport started the project of foundation platform construction,the use of Virtualization(Cloud Computing)to build the system hardware platform and the platform operation and maintenance management system.In this case,using a variety of methods to study the risk,capital airport virtualization is the start of the project,in the list and analysis in the process of project implementation of the risk event,we can use the expert evaluation method,considering the various risk factors,and get each risk level.We found deficiencies in risk strategies and measures before the development of the project,in response to a group of related personnel found risk monitoring system problems,timely make corrective measures,and finally make the smooth implementation of the project.
