At present,the development of our country's economy is in growth period,energy development and utilization are also in the growth stage,efficient use of energy and energy conservation has become China's current main problems needed to resolve.With the adjustment of China's economic structure and the change of development mode,the power system has been reformed to realize online bidding.This requires power companies on the one hand,reduce power losses,reduce the cost on the other hand,at the same time,still want to increase the reliability of the process equipment inputs such as environmental protection,for pollutant discharge should strictly according to the national pollution emission standards.For power generation enterprises,it is the most effective way to reduce the electricity rate of the plant.Meanwhile,it is of great practical significance to meet the current environment and energy demand.With the development of high voltage variable frequency speed regulation technology,the electric equipment of the fan and water pump of the power plant also began to adopt high voltage frequency conversion speed regulation,which effectively reduced the energy consumption and cost.A new 300 MW supercritical direct hydrogen thermal power generating unit is built in pansteel power plant,and the equipment deaerator on the turbine side of the power plant adopts high pressure condensation pump to water.In pangang power plant automatic control system of the condensate pump as the research object of this article,using the condensate system energy-saving principle and the principle of high voltage variable frequency controller,making the design of automatic control system of the condensate pump,the design scheme applied in panzhihua power plant project.Firstly,according to the working characteristic of condensate pump,the energy saving principle of pump is analyzed,and the relative proportion of the outlet flow and torque of the condensate pump is corresponding to the motor speed.When load reduced,unit of condensation of water demand,the application of frequency control of motor speed control of motor speed technology,to achieve the control of condensate pump outlet flow,at the same time can effectively reduce energy consumption and cost savings.Second,when under the frequency conversion speed regulating mode,operation of condensate pump frequency conversion system,introduces the overall structure and the main components and the selection of comparison,get the system actual application selection,high voltage variable frequency controller are introduced in detail the selected Emerson variable frequency controller of the main structure and frequency characteristic and the control operation mode.The automatic control system of the condensate pump is the use of liquid level sensor to collect water parameters,will collect the change of water level parameter values to the DCS system,the DCS feedback to the speed of variable frequency controller 4-20 ma given command signal,a variable frequency controller will DCS the given speed value compared with the size of the real-time speed,adjust the speed of the motor,according to compare the results to realize automatic condensate pump speed control,to ensure the accuracy of the deaerator water level control.Again,in view of the technological requirements of the condensate system of power plant of panzhihua iron &steel co.,design a set of high voltage variable frequency control and adjust the implementation plan of door control coordinate with each other,and variable frequency power supply with redundancy properties,the fault occurs,the frequency conversion controller can automatically by frequency conversion power switch to the industrial frequency power,so it can ensure the normal operation of the unit at the same time to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment.The performance of variable frequency speed regulating system is analyzed,and the data show that the system meets the requirements of process operation.Stable operation of power plant after more than a year of panzhihua iron &steel co,the design of automatic control system of the condensate pump showed very good energy saving effect,auxiliary power ratio decreased obviously,compared with the power frequency operation of condensate pump,water pump vibration and noise is decreased obviously,improve the efficiency of the pump,to improve the automation level of the system.
