With the speeding up of the urbanization in our country,urban traffic congestion has become acute.Urban rail transit is one of the important ways to ease traffic congestion problem.As an important component of urban rail transit equipment,light rail vehicles have become an important part of urban public transportation because of the advantages of small pollution,low energy consumption,low investment and large traffic volume.The light rail vehicle network control system is an important component of the train,mainly responsible for the control,monitoring and diagnosis of vehicle traction,braking,bogie,auxiliary power supply,door and air conditioning system.As the core technology of rail transportation equipment,the light rail vehicle network control technology has been in the hands of several famous large foreign companies which are reluctant to transfer the core technology.The network control system which is used in the domestic rail transit is mostly the product of joint development with foreign companies.To this end,the development of the complete self-directed light rail vehicle network control products for autonomy of intellectual property and effectively reduce the cost of rail transit equipment industry,which has important economic and social benefits.Based on network control of the main engineering requirements for light rail vehicle,this paper participated in the collection of network communication,control,monitoring and information management technology in the integration of CANopen light rail vehicle network control system design study.The main works done are as follows.(1)Participated in the design of the overall scheme of the light rail network control system based on CANopen.(2)Intensive studied on the physical layer,link layer and application layer of CANopen,and formed one-up consistency test standard of CANopen.On this foundation,developed a automatic platform of CANopen consistency test.The feasibility and reliability of the hardware are verified through the CANopen consistency test.(3)Designed the independently CCU and ERM of the network control system main hardware.(4)Developed the data analyseing software,it is easy for fault diagnosis function of the light rail vehicle network control system implemented.The designed light rail vehicle network control system has the characteristics of green environmental protection,low cost,stable performance,convenient maintenance,etc.It has been already used in a certain city light rail vehicles and has good security,stability,and reliability after loading.
