Lean production is driven by customer demand,based on balanced production and 5S,identifying and eliminating all waste in the production process.This paper is based on the theory of lean production,combined with the production status of Q(the workshop has a lot of problems in the management of production resource allocation),to provide feasible solutions from the equipment layout and production workshop for Q production as the research object,aiming at the existing problems by using hierarchy analysis,comparative analysis,data collection,balance,value stream map and equalization method,the implementation of the ‘flow layout' and ‘balanced scheduling' research and improvement the Q workshop,to provide a reference for the Q workshop equipment layout and scheduling.so as to achieve the ultimate flow layout and balanced scheduling with less machining cycle for parts and improvement of product quality and processing efficiency,which will enable assist the workshop Q to seize the market opportunity and the recognition from customers.The layout process type production unit,the field of all kinds of equipment,materials and other resources in specific work situation within the allocation of cluster layout of workshop instead of original flow layout(straight line type or L type),the value of the products flow to achieve a flow of the work,Choosing three lean layout scheme,using hierarchical analysis method to evaluate alternatives,build the index evaluation system,and check calculation,determine the most optimal layout scheme,eventually determine the third scheme for the optimal layout,which will effectively shorten manufacture cycle for parts,reduce the products quantity and improve the products quality.The balanced scheduling the way,which made Q lean workshop production scheduling model(capacity balance model),in the limited manpower and equipment resources under the premise of reasonable configuration,establish targeted production line balancing production scheduling and resource allocation way is applied to actual production in empirical research,formulate feasible auxiliary workshop production schedule,originally "thumb" changed the workshop production scheduling,make workshop production scheduling plan more scientific,reasonable,reduce the equipment crash,stack goods,defective product parts production,reduces the field in the product backlog and parts for processing,and many other problems,which can effectively shorten the parts of the production cycle,reduce the number of the products and improve the quality of the products.The research conclusion has reference value for equipment layout and production scheduling of similar enterprises.
