Research On On-site Improvement Method Towards Numerical Control Workshop Based On Lean Production

According to the improvements in the production method and the development in the production management, the enterprise should adjust the management method to raise production efficiency and ensure the long term interests.On account of the production capacity mismatch, production process unreasonableness, not smooth logistics, scene management confusion and other problem in the process production in manufacturing enterprises, the idea of combining the lean thinking and workshop layout is presented in this dissertation. Beginning by analyzing the workshop production capacity problem, and based on lean production, the dissertation is aimed to make full use of the workshop space and equipments, keep the logistics smooth and make the production more orderly during the process of the workshop layout and the design of enterprise logistics. At the same time, based on the analysis of the whole production system as well as the impact of the bottleneck capacity problem, improving the logistics system layout design and constructing the production system model embedded with lean production. It can be reflected by the results that the new production line design has a significant effect on solving equipment ability inadequate and manpower unbalance problems exist in the traditional pattern, and it also widely used in the realistic production management. The dissertation analyzed and compared the performance difference between traditional logistics planning model and the one-piece flow production process. During the planning of logistics system and based on the analysis to the current situation of the workshop production, we also improve the production situation with 5S management, work-in-process and inventory management, standard operation process and other methods.It has been proven that lean production is the inner demand for enterprises who want strengthen their competitiveness and the systematic design method and applicable management method can provide valuable ideas for them.
