With the development of technology and the improvement of living standards,the number of passenger vehicles is increasing year by year in China.As the domestic automotive electronics technology started late,body control module(BCM)is mainly used in economy car,and how to enhance competitiveness becomes an urgent problem for auto-parts suppliers.Tire pressure monitoring system(TPMS)can measure the pressure inside pneumatic tires,and give warming when pressure data exceeds the threshold value,thus ensuring traffic safety.Europe and the US have enacted legal that the light vehicle which was produced by automaker must be installed TPMS.Recently with the national standard for installation of TPMS was approved,new passenger cars will be required to install TPMS.In order to reduce the cost,increase the installation rate of TPMS in China's passenger car,and enhance the competitiveness of BCM,this thesis designs a BCM integrating with tire pressure monitoring system(TPMS),that the wireless receiver circuit can receive wireless signal of remote key(RKE)and TPMS.The BCM updates the value of tire pressure in parking and driving,and executes remote commands in parking.This scheme solves the trouble that TPMS can't update the value of tire pressure when vehicle is stationary in the existing scheme,and eliminates the potential safety hazard caused by the changes of tire pressure in parking.This thesis analyzes the hardware and software characteristics of the body controller,and describes the software and hardware design of the body controller.In order to facilitate the assembly and maintenance of the vehicle,the matching scheme of the body controller and sensor was presented under different conditions.The correctness and robustness of the software design are verified,and some parameters of wireless receiver are tested by bench testing and vehicle testing.In controller area network(CAN)bus test,this thesis presents a complete OSEK direct network management test method,including protocol specification,test case generation,testing execution and test report generation.The Mealy state machine model of the OSEK direct network management protocol is constructed by iterative methods.Then,the effect of transition coverage,W method,Wp method and UIO method is studied in the OSEK direct network management model.According to the results and characteristics of thesealgorithms,the usage conditions of the transition coverage and the UIO method in the OSEK network management test is presented.When the OSEK NM conformance test sequence is generated by UIO method,this thesis presents a method for generating recognition set using feature set.Finally,in the CANoe environment,the test program is written in CAPL language according to the test sequence,and the consistency of the vehicle controller network management protocol is tested.
