| With the rapid development of modern war information and the continuous change of international situation,the civil air defense enterprise has started to advance rapidly to information,standardization and institutionalization,and put forward the information construction target of "one network and four systems" for civil air defense system.Under this background,this paper has developed a network remote control device-SIP access device based on SIP protocol,which is equipped with various communication vehicles and command posts according to the National Defense Office.On the basis of the SIP protocol,the device realizes the IP digitization of the radio station,allowing the commander to remote control the short wave radio through a variety of terminals,such as computer,telephone,4G,and so on,and carry out voice,data communication and text transmission through the radio,greatly reducing the risk found in the command post of civil defense.Starting from the development status of SIP protocol,this paper introduces the main functions of the SIP protocol,analyzes the advantages of the SIP protocol,and interprets the composition and structure of the SIP protocol,as well as the SIP message content and business process that the SIP access will use.On this basis,this paper puts forward the system design scheme according to the application scene of SIP access device,and modularized the software.The software module is divided into three parts: SIP module,SNMP module and SLIP module.The SIP module mainly implements the session function between the user,the remote control device and the server,including the server registration,the establishment and dismantling of dialogues,and the completion of the network data interaction.In the design of the module,the paper makes a detailed analysis of the SIP transaction process to be completed.The SNMP module is mainly used to realize radio IP speech,and realize remote control of radio station parameters by civil air defense headquarters.The SLIP module is responsible for parsing the encapsulated radio protocol to achieve the user’s voice and data operation.In this paper,the environment test of SIP access is carried out.Through the experimental results,the environmental adaptability of the product is verified and examined,and the specifications of the product are ensured to meet the requirements of the product development,and the communication function required in the design is realized.Finally,the work done in this paper is summarized and analyzed,and the follow-up product upgrading plan is put forward. |
