The uneven surface settlement of the airport leads to a decline in the quality of aircraft gliding,accelerated fatigue of the aircraft structure,and other safety hazards.Using ordinary engineering methods,it is difficult to restore the flatness without damaging the original pavement structure.The polymer grouting can effectively control the excessive deformation of the structure caused by the foundation settlement,It has been initially applied in building construction,railway and highway engineering.However,due to the high bearing capacity and safety performance required for airport pavements and the special requirements for uninterrupted construction,polymer grouting technology has not been effectively applied in the treatment of non-uniformly subsiding road surfaces at airports.In response to the above situation,this paper carries out the following work:1.In view of the low stiffness of conventional high-polymer solids,it can only be used in ground uplifting and leveling treatment,and can not be directly applied to the bottom of the airport pavement panel.Through the self-designed polymer material forming molds,The method of improving the stiffness of polymer solidification materials by modifying talcum powder particles/basalt fiber composites and modification with oily epoxy resin was studied,as well as the variation of the viscosity of the modified composites.The results of the study showed that when the ratio of polymer,talc,and basalt was 88:7:5,the compression modulus of the solidified body of the polymer composite was higher than that of the unmodified modifier when the composites were used.Increased 44%,But the viscosity increases greatly,affecting the irrigability of the pulp.Under the conditions modified with oily epoxy resin,when the mass ratio of polymer and oily epoxy resin is 85:15,the compression modulus of the polymer-solidified solidified body is increased by 40%,And the increase in viscosity is not large and does not affect the irrigability of the pulp material.it is concluded that when polymer grouting is lifted,it is advisable to use an oil-based epoxy resin to modify and strengthen the polymer,and to design the material ratio according to the required stiffness.2.According to the experiment,the variation law of the viscosity of oily epoxy resin modified polymer materials,the discrete element numerical software was used to simulate the diffusion process of the modified slurry with different viscosities at the bottom of the plate,The polymer injection grout lifts the airport subsidence surface treatment research process parameters.The simulation results show that the slurry has a middle thickness at the bottom of the plate and a thin diffusion pattern at the edges.When the grouting pressure is the same,the diffusion radius decreases with increasing viscosity of the slurry.Fluid-structure interaction analysis can take into account the effect of grouting pressure expansion,leading to increased permeability and grouting rate.When the grouting pressure is 7MPa,the slurry viscosity is 0.2-0.4pa·s,and the grouting rate is 80L/min~120L/min,the diffusion radius is about 0.45m~0.60 m,and the corresponding grouting hole spacing can take about 1m.The distance between holes in the actual polymer grouting project is about 1m,which proves that the selection of the hole pitch in the project is reasonable.3.Based on the study of the properties of the slurry and the diffusion law of the bottom of the slab,finite-difference numerical software was used to investigate the lift of the surface of the subsidence track and the panel subjected to grouting in response to different loading conditions,expansion forces,and grouting positions.The situation of force and the analysis of the bearing capacity of the road surface of the settlement.The calculation results show that the load-bearing performance of pavement joints is poor,and the expansion force is large.When the grouting is performed at the board edge and board angle,the amount of lift and bending tension of the deck slab are greater,The grouting parameters should be adjusted according to the actual situation of the bearing surface to effectively control the grouting process.Taking 15 m as the length of measurement,the critical settlement of the road surface is 12 mm.The effect of grouting uplift treatment becomes more pronounced with the increase of road surface settlement.When the differential settlement is 4 to 12 mm,the bearing capacity after treatment can be increased by 57%~79%.
