| With the advancement of reform and opening up,Shenyang’s rapid economic development,Many high-rise and super high-rise buildings have risen to the ground.When the characteristic value of the natural foundation bearing capacity provided by the geotechnical engineering survey report cannot meet the design requirements,Only artificial foundations or pile foundations with high cost,long construction period and complicated construction technology can be used.Therefore,if it can improve the carrying capacity of the gravel foundation in Shenyang,Adopting a natural foundation raft foundation with convenient construction and low cost,There will be huge economic and social benefits.In addition,Due to the large uneven settlement between the main building and the podium,The backboard foundation shall be provided with a backing belt.Generally,it is poured after the main building of the main building is completed.If the post-casting belt is poured in advance,The precipitation project can be terminated early.The basement and podium can also be put into use in advance.Can bring huge economic benefits to investors.Therefore,Based on the measured observation data of a project,this paper studies and analyzes the characteristic values of the bearing capacity of the gravel foundation.And the bearing capacity of the foundation of the Building Foundation Technical Specification(DB21T 907-2015)and the shallow load plate test,Explore the potential for improving the bearing capacity of the gravel foundation;Simultaneously,Using the settlement observation data to verify the rationality of the established numerical model,Using the settlement observation data to verify the rationality of the established numerical model.The specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)Comparison of the measured variation of the settlement of the main-skirt with the load and FLAC3D The data obtained by finite difference software simulation,Verify the correctness of the model,And use this model to analyze the change trend of’ the settlement with the load at different positions of the raft foundation.The research analyzes the development law of differential settlement of the main-skirt before and after pouring of the post-casting belt.Propose the best time to pour the strip after pouring in advance.(2)Using numerical simulation analysis,Study the influence of different basic plate thickness and different concrete strength grades on the optimal pouring time of the post-casting zone.The development law of settlement before and after pouring of post-casting belt under different influencing factors is obtained.The variation trend of the differential settlement of the main-skirt building and the stress variation law of the post-casting zone.(3)The variation trend of the differential settlement of the main-skirt building and the stress variation law of the post-casting zone.It is concluded that the bearing capacity value of the gravel foundation in Shenyang area has great potential for exploration.The correction coefficient of the foundation bearing capacity width given in the Technical Specifications for Building Foundations(DB21T 907-201 5)is adjusted.The research results of this thesis have good social and theoretical value.Provide theoretical support for similar projects in Shenyang in the future. |
