Aircraft ground traction technology develops with the continuous development of aircraft manufacturing and use.In the ground traction technology,the most advanced towbarless traction technology is to achieve the lifting and traction function of the aircraft by means of the wheel holding device.In the course of operation,it is necessary to exert force on the nose landing gear,which may cause damage to the most important part of the aircraft and cause safety hazard.However,the new generation of towbarless traction technology needs longer time and more power to work on the landing gear,which makes it an important problem to study the influence of the aircraft landing gear in different working conditions during the traction process.This paper is based on Virtual Prototyping Technology,the simulation analysis of the loading body of the landing gear of the typical civil aircraft is carried out based on the B737-300 aircraft as a reference model,the main work of this research is as follows:1.By using SolidWorks and Adams software,the simulation model of the towbarless traction system of "aircraft-towbarless tractor" is established.2.The aircraft traction system modeling is completed through field surveying and mapping,aircraft data and ground traction technology data from domestic airlines and airports,and more accurate and refined model data are obtained,which provides a basis for subsequent dynamic simulation.3.The dynamic simulation of the load and traction load of the nose landing gear buffer support is carried out under different data based on the virtual prototype.The load curves of the nose landing gear under two different types of pits,different traction speed and brake condition are obtained,and the basis for the design and manufacture of the wheel mechanism of the tractor is provided.The research work of this paper not only can make the design of the load margin of the traction wheel device more accurate,but also can guide the revision of the ground traction related standards.
