| Traction is an important way for aircraft to move on the ground,and its operational safety has received increasing attention from civil aviation industry.During the traction process,environmental,human factors and so on may cause unsafe ground accidents,which may cause damage to the body.At present,the mainstream traction method is towbar traction,while the application of the towbarless traction method is waiting for further airworthiness analysis and verification.Therefore,This paper focuses on the operation mode of towbarless traction,and uses TBL-180 and Boeing737-800 as reference objects.Based on CATIA,ADAMS-View and other tools,a towbarless traction simulation model is established to simulate the ground traction simulation process.The research content of the thesis is as follows:1)Collect relevant information on towbarless tractors and aircraft,and learn about the research status of domestic and foreign manufacturers,experts and research institutes.A towbarless tractor-aircraft system model was established,and the spring model was used to simulate the contact between the front wheel of the aircraft and the clamping mechanism to improve the accuracy of the model;2)For the core link of the towbarless traction system: Simulation research on lifting and clamping mechanism was carried out,and the load during the operation was analyzed.3)Simulate various possible situations of aircraft ground traction,including acceleration,braking,turning,and passing through pits and raised roads,and then analyze the load of tractors and aircraft related components.In this thesis,the analysis of the towbarless traction simulation is carried out.The conclusion of the analysis can provide suggestions for the tractor design and the driver who is in the process of pushing and pulling.Methods for modeling and simulation can also be used as simulation analysis of different types of aircraft and tractors in different working conditions,and further provide some reference for ground traction safety. |
