In the current research on the collision risk between aircraft within the terminal control area,the effects of navigation accuracy,aircraft performance,wake turbulence and other factors have been considered,but external factors such as “human,equipment,environment,management” have not been all considered for the impact of collision risk at the same issue.Therefore,in order to improve the accuracy of the calculation of collision risk values in the terminal control area,and to get a better evaluate result from the safety of the ATC operation separation,the “human,equipment,environment,management” and other external factors are necessary to be taken into consideration when establishing the terminal control area collision risk model.In view of this,firstly,the acquired ADS-B data were being preprocessed and valid data in the Beijing terminal control area obtained.The data is analyzed by DBSCAN clustering to extract the separation of high density.Secondly,the multi-factor correlation model of the control operation separation was established by the combination weighting method,and the factor impact comprehensive index of the control operating separation was obtained.And through the influence of each factor's factor impact index on the impact of factors for comparative analysis.Then,a longitudinal collision risk model considering the heading difference was established,and on the basis of this,combined with the influence of each factor's factor impact index on the impact of factors to establish the total collision risk probability model in the terminal control area.The collision risk probability in Beijing's terminal control area was calculated using the total collision risk model and compared with the standard safety target level to evaluate the safety of the ATC operation separation in the Beijing terminal control area.Finally,deducing the theoretical value of the minimum operating separation value under a safety target level using the total collision risk model.And giving a theoretical proposal for improving the efficiency of the ATC operation in the terminal control area based on this value.
